McKenzie made planning my birthday a breeze. The accommodations and the transfers are always the most stressful part, but it was so easy with her. She was super communicative and responsive from the very beginning of my planning process. I even changed my destination and she found the best options for my group of 7 with no hesitation. Our experience with McKenzie couldn't have been better. From the start of planning of this trip, she was in constant communication with us and in a very timely manner.
